Roti/Indian flat bread Noodles

When your kids resist eating roti and veggies. Lets feed them their way, we cook roti with veggies. Roti or Indian flat bread noodles are drooling, fresh and a healthy recipe made with fresh or leftover roti. which can be served anytime either breakfast or an evening snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces Roti
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 medium Red onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp spring onions greens chopped
  • 1 carrot grated/julienne
  • 1/2 green bell pepper sliced
  • 4 sweet peppers red and yellow sliced
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sause
  • 1 tbsp soy sause
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Take 6 roti/Indian flat bread and roll tight.
  • Cut into thin strip forming noodles,using a sharp knife or scissors.
  • Separate the chapati strips loosen them a little and add a tsp of oil and Salt, keep aside.
  • In a wok, heat 3 tsp oil and saute garlic.
  • Add onion, Bell pepper and carrot.
  • Saute slightly till the vegetables are cooked but still crunchy
  • Add sweet peppers and saute well.
  • Add green onion
  • Add the marinated roti /Indian flatbread
  • Add red chilly sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar.
  • Mix well making sure everything is combined well.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve Hot!!!

Notes

Please be careful while adding salt as we have already added salt in marinating roti noodles ,only add salt for veggies and remember soy sause also have salt content.
