Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili Flakes
  • Oregano
  • Onions Sliced
  • Red pepper Sliced
  • Yellow Pepper Sliced
  • Green Pepper Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Bread Slices
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Break eggs into a bowl and beat these
  • Add black pepper powder, salt, red chili flakes and Italian seasoning
  • Mix well and keep it aside.
  • In a pan heat up olive oil and add a pinch of chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper.
  • Mix well and cook for just about a minute.
  • Take the egg mixture and beat it once more.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan (over veggies).
  • Cook for about 1 minute.
  • Cut bread slices in squares I used 3 squares from a bread slice and used 2-3 slices as per the size of your pan.
  • Arrange bread cubes on the wet omelette, grease them with cooking spray.
  • Flip it over, turn the flame to low now you have bread on the lower side and omelette on top.
  • Spread pizza sauce on the omelette.
  • Spread cheese.
  • Spread veggies and cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and turn off the heat.
  • Take the omelette pizza into a plate.
  • Cut it with help the pizza cutter. Bread omelette pizza is ready to serve.
