Chicken Fried Rice
This is a very flavorful Chicken Fried Rice recipe. Its quick, easy, and delicious.
Ingredients
- 500 gms chicken diced
- 1 white onion diced
- 1/4 cup carrots
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper cubed
- 1/3 cup green beans diced
- 1/3 cup Peas
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1/4 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp schezwan sauce
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 2 tsp black Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic grated
- 1 tsp Corn starch
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Spring onions chopped -for garnishing
Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces with 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, salt, corn starch, little egg for 10 minutes.
- Take a wok, add oil to fry chicken, once chicken is cooked then transfer to another bowl.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add grated ginger, garlic,saute for about a minute
- Add diced white onion, green bell pepper and saute it.
- Add egg and cook till partially done.
- Add salt and black pepper powder to season
- Add par boiled vegetables, vinegar, soya sauce and cook well.
- At last, add chicken along with rice and mix everything well.
- Add spring onion, shezewan sauce and mix.
- Chicken fried rice is ready to serve.

Use salt wisely as you are using soya sauce.
