This is a very flavorful Chicken Fried Rice recipe. Its quick, easy, and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms chicken diced
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 1/4 cup carrots
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper cubed
  • 1/3 cup green beans diced
  • 1/3 cup Peas
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1/4 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp schezwan sauce
  • 3 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 tsp black Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic grated
  • 1 tsp Corn starch
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Spring onions chopped -for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken pieces with 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, salt, corn starch, little egg for 10 minutes.
  • Take a wok, add oil to fry chicken, once chicken is cooked then transfer to another bowl.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add grated ginger, garlic,saute for about a minute
  • Add diced white onion, green bell pepper and saute it.
  • Add egg and cook till partially done.
  • Add salt and black pepper powder to season
  • Add par boiled vegetables, vinegar, soya sauce and cook well.
  • At last, add chicken along with rice and mix everything well.
  • Add spring onion, shezewan sauce and mix.
  • Chicken fried rice is ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use salt wisely as you are using soya sauce.

  • you can add sweet corn in this recipe too.
