trimmed and cut into 2" pieces

Cloves
of Garlic

of Soy Sauce or more to taste

of Toasted Sesame Oil
lemon zest

tsp
lemon juice
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the mustard seeds and toast them a little.
Now,increase the heat to high, add the oil and allow it to get nice and hot. Add the asparagus and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the garlic, cook for 1 minute, add the soy sauce and sesame oil, saute for about 10 seconds and remove from the heat.
Add lemon juice and zest if you like the flavor.
Add asparagus to your serving dish and sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds.(optional)
