Instructions
Dry roast oats over hot griddle
Cool the oats completely and blend to a fine powder without adding any water
Transfer the powdered oats into a large mixing bowl
Add 2 tbsp semolina, ¼ cup curd and 1 cup water
Whisk to make smooth batter
Add 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp carrots, cilantro and ½ tsp salt
Mix well forming thick cake batter consistency oats batter
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Pour a ladle full of batter onto a hot griddle and spread gently.
Pour ½ tsp of olive oil over pancake.
Allow cooking on a medium flame for a minute
Now flip the pancake and cook both sides pressing gently
Oats veggie pancake is ready to serve with yogurt or mint and coriander dip
