Instructions
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, ginger garlic paste, and add potatoes.
Cook covered potatoes till it starts to get lightly brown from edges.
Add turmeric, spinach,keep the lid open cook for some time in a medium flame
Add chilly powder, coriander powder, salt, cook for 3 minutes, and switch off the flame.
Hot and Delicious Aloo palak is ready to be served with Phulkas/Roti,rice.
